Morocco to send 36 athletes for Special Olympics in Shanghai

Morocco will send 26 athletes for the Special Olympic Games to be held in Shanghai, China on September 27, the Morocco Special Olympic Committee said on Thursday.

The Morocco athletes will compete in the sports including athletics, badminton, equestrian, swimming and soccer, together with 12 coaches, managers and medical staff.

The Special Olympics Games will feature some 7,800 athletes from more than 170 countries and regions.
