On June 29, China's first self-developed - complete with independent intellectual property rights -1.5-megawatt directly driven magneto wind power generator was successfully developed and launched at Harbin Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. This not only marks Harbin's capability of independently developing a global mainstream wind power generator, but also the completion of the wind power generator with the highest power among current domestic models.
Compared with the same category of foreign generators, this type is more suitable for China's climate. The first of these generators will be installed and generate electricity at the Zhangbei power plant in Shijiazhuang in August.
