CNC's telecommunications guarantee work for the Beijing Olympic Games was appreciated by people all over the world.
Many State-owned banks, enterprises and Beijing Olympic partners were gratified as they successfully cooperated with CNC to bring honor and an increase in value.
During the Olympic Games, CNC provided 2,338 special lines of important telecommunications guarantee services for 140 key customers. It also provided the Internet security services.
It provided solutions against distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack for Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, China Development Bank, Bank of Beijing and CITIC, protecting their networks from being hacked.
It launched service level agreement products to provide customers with high-grade private line services. It accomplished all the tasks of Olympic telecommunications guarantee for Traffic Management Bureau, the Ministry of Water Resources, Public Security Bureau, TravelSky Technology Limited, Air China, Civil Aviation Administration of China, and North China Air Traffic Management Bureau, and met the Olympic telecommunications requirements of the customers.
Work with BOC
Bank of China (BOC) is a partner of 2008 Olympic Games. In order to ensure the telecommunications work of the Olympic Games, CNC visited BOC many times and listened to its requirements for telecommunications guarantees, then submitted the Olympic telecommunications program and suggestions to the bank and completed circuit upgrades for ATM and the optimized transmission of private lines.
The manager of CNC also helped BOC install a tandem switch onto Bank of China Tower for the steadiness of voice special-net and launched link circuit for the customer service center of the bank.
Air China
As a partner of 2008 Olympic Games, Air China put forward safety requirements for the telecommunications work in order to guarantee the safety of airport transportation during the Games.
CNC worked out the contingency plan of guarantee for Olympic telecommunications for Air China.
It transformed all lines to dual routing to further increase the safety of lines, optimized all private lines and Internet businesses and provided advanced telecommunications service for customers and safeguarded 105 private lines, thousands of DID telephones, 50M Internet business of Air China to the highest level.
Supported by the CNC, Air China's work on the Olympic Games was a complete success. After the closing of Games, leaders of Air China highly praised the work of CNC.
