A delegation of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) left Beijing Monday afternoon for a three-African nation tour.

The delegation will attend the 12th National Congress of the South African Communist Party(SACP) and visit Zimbabwe and Ethiopia.

The delegation is invited by the SACP, Zimbawe African National Union-Patriotic Front and Ethiopian Peoples' Revolutionary Democratic Front.

The delegation is led by Wang Dongming, deputy head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.
