The China Red Cross Society has sent relief supplies worth 3 million yuan (about 395,000 U.S. dollars) to six flood-hit provinces and regions in southern China.
The supplies, including quilts, disinfectant, tents and rice, were shipped from the society's relief centers in Sichuan, Jiangsu, Henan, Anhui, Guangxi and Shaanxi.
A total of 403 Chinese have died, 105 are missing and 3.17 million people have been relocated as the rainy season coupled with fierce floods continues to batter central and southern China.
Millions of people strung across 24 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities have been lashed by torrential rains and floods.
Statistics show that the China Red Cross Society has offered relief supplies worth more than 9 million yuan to 13 heavily-hit provinces and regions so far this year.
About 62.5 percent of the relief supplies were purchased with gains from China's two lotteries - the China Welfare Lottery and China Sports Lottery.
The China Red Cross Society has dispatched five working teams to the flood-stricken areas to help with disaster relief.
