Senior officials from the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) ended their seminar on socialist theories Monday in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province.
Officials of both sides highly appraised the achievements made at the seminar and agreed to continue to implement the consensus reached between the leaders of the two parties and deepen mutual exchanges and discussion on socialist theories.
The three-day seminar drew officials from the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee's Party School, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Development Research Center of the State Council, and officials in charge of some departments of the CPV Central Committee.
The two sides introduced the theoretic achievements and practical experiences of each other and had in-depth discussion on how to further the development in a scientific and harmonious way under new circumstances.
