Qiao Qingchen, commander of the Air Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and member of China's Central Military Commission, left Thursday afternoon for official good-will visits to Chile and Finland.
Qiao pays the visit at the invitation of Ricardo Ortega, commander-in-chief of the Air Force of Chile, Ari Puheloinen, chief of General Staff of the National Defence Forces of Finland, and Heikki Lyytinen, commander-in-chief of the Air Forces of Finland, according to sources with the PLA Air Force.
