Wang Anshun, deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party of China, left Beijing Wednesday for Spain to attend the 2007 Festival of the Communist Party of Spain.
Wang attended the festival at the invitation of the Communist Party of Spain.
