Chen Fengxiang, deputy head of the International Department of the CPC (Communist Party of China) Central Committee on Wednesday left here for a visit to Russia.
Chen paid the visit to Russia at the invitation of the "United Russia" Party. He will also attend the eighth national congress of the "United Russia" Party.
