Philippine president to watch Special Olympics in Shanghai |

Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is to watch the 2007 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Shanghai from Oct. 2 to 3, at the invitation of the Chinese side, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said on Thursday.
President Arroyo will also visit Yantai, a coastal city in the eastern China province of Shandong, said Jiang at a routine press conference.
