Chinese premier meets Russian Federation Council chairman |

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met here on Thursday with Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Sergei Mironov.
Wen said Sino-Russian relations had developed comprehensively over the past decade, and China would like to work with Russia to promote the strategic and cooperative partnership in the next decade.
He said China and Russia had enjoyed sound trade relations, and the two countries were expected to map out a new plan for cooperation in the 12th meeting between the prime ministers in Moscow in November.
Mironov said the Russian Federation Council would make efforts to push forward trade cooperation with China, especially local trade exchanges.
