Zhang Gaoli, male, ethnic Han, native of Jinjiang, Fujian Province, born in November 1946. Joined the CPC in December 1973 and began working in August 1970. Graduated from the Department of Economics, Xiamen University, majoring in planning and statistics. With a university education.
