Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu left Sunday for official visits to Algeria, Cyprus and Spain from Nov. 18 to 29 at the invitation of the governments of the three countries.

During his stay in Spain, Hui will also attend the fourth meeting of the China-Spain Forum, a non-official and high-level institution.

Established in July 2003 with focus on facilitating bilateral cooperation in economy, politics, culture and education, the forum holds its annual meetings in China and Spain in turn.
