Zhang Qihua, a representative of the Communist Party of China, left Beijing early Sunday morning for Brazil to attend an international seminar of the Workers Party of Brazil.
Zhang, deputy head of the Party Research Centre of the CPC Central Committee, is also scheduled to attend the 14th meeting of the Sao Paulo Forum from May 18th to 28th in Uruguay.
Zhang attends the seminar and the forum at the invitations of the Workers Party of Brazil and the Broad Front of Uruguay, according to the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
