According to reports of Taiwan media, it has been confirmed that Taiwan Beer will "land on Chinese mainland" in May. If everything goes smoothly, consumers in Guangdong and Fujian provinces will be the first to taste Taiwan Beer.

The Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation expects that sales of Taiwan Beer will bring in nearly 3 billion NTD of operating revenue in the early stages.

The "台湾啤酒" trademark and the English "Taiwan Beer" trademark have already passed examination, as the Trademark Office under the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC reported on its official website. If no objections are raised within the next three months, the Taiwan Beer will then start to be formally sold in Chinese mainland markets.
