Zhou Yongkang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, left Beijing for good-will visits to Vietnam, Indonesia and Australia. Zhou will also attend a theory seminar jointly held by the CPC and the CPV in Vietnam.
