Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said here Friday that Chinese mainland was "willing to have consultations" for Taiwan's participation in international organizations.

The mainland would made "fair and reasonable arrangement" for Taiwan to participation in international organizations that affects the interests of Taiwan compatriots, Wen said at a press conference after the close of the Second Session of the 11th National People's Congress.
