Chinese Defense Ministry introduces new spokesman to media

China's Ministry of National Defense (MOD) unveiled its new spokesman, Senior Colonel Geng Yansheng, to domestic and foreign media on Friday during a press tour to an engineering regiment of the People's Liberation Army (PLA).
