This year's graduates or those with higher education qualifications will enjoy more priority in recruitment.
China has issued favorable policies this year in order to attract more college graduates candidates.
For instance, each graduate can receive a maximum of 24,000 yuan from government once recruited. "It means that they go to college for free," said an official from the Ministry of Education.
Besides, those graduates will enjoy more favors in employment or pursuing higher education after retirement. Those who have Merit Citation Class II or above can go on for a master's degree without taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools.
