China sets up its 25th Antarctic inland inspection team on September 11, 2008. The 28-member team will climb up to Dome A, the highest point of Antarctic inland, and complete the construction of China's first inland Antarctic station.
The inspection team will set off in October, 2008. The newly-set up inspection team, the largest in scale in history will face the hardest missions to complete.
The team will build a research station with an area of 236 square meters. The members will work on observation and do researches of iceberg, chronometer, and mapping.
