The idea of using a "robodoctor" to perform operations on patients may become reality in Henan Province before Spring Festival next year. The "spine operation robot", developed by the First Hospital of Zhengzhou University's Department of Orthopedics with independent intellectual property rights, has already conducted successful animal tests.

In the future, doctors will be able to remotely control the "robodoctor" from hundreds of kilometers away by computer.

According to sources, the "robodoctor" is expected to join clinical trials early next year.
