Three rail lines - Line 10, the Olympic Extension and the Airport Line - are currently under test operation; and will open for trial operation simultaneously this month, according to a statement by Zhou Zhengyu, deputy head of the Beijing Municipal Committee of Communications, made on July 1.
The three rail lines are being tested without passengers right now. Line 10 begins test runs at 5:00 every morning, at the shortest interval of three minutes, in accordance with the plans for operation.
