The Blind Association of Dadukou District, in China's southwestern Chongqing Municipality, opened a blog recently. The barriers to information access for the the blind have been broken, as reported by the Chongqing Times.
The blog (www.12371.gov.cn/Blog/u/517/Default.aspx) posts information related to blind massage clinics. In addition, through this blog, netizens can keep abreast of developments in the work of blind members of society; and so the blind can learn about the government's work and related policies and regulations.
