On Sept. 15, the forum of "30 years of reform and opening-up" was held at China Youth University for Political Sciences. Dozens of experts from universities and related research institutions discussed the influence to Chinese youth's development brought by reform and opening-up.

"Modern Chinese youth's development faces three main challenges. They are internationalized competition, diversified thoughts and the informatization shock." said Yang Yue, the standing Secretary of central Chinese Communist Youth League.

He also added that the 30 years' health growth of Chinese youth after reform and opening-up make them realize their own historical mission and put themselves into the great practice of reform and opening-up.

Reform and opening-up brings China to the international stage, brings the diversity of people's thoughts and promotes the scientific technology reformation, but at the same time, it also makes Chinese youth's development facing with the challenges of internationalized competition, diversified thoughts and informatization shock.
