An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale jolted northwest China's Qinghai Province Monday morning, the China Earthquake Administration said.
The quake hit the Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomic Prefecture of Qinghai at 09:22 a.m., according to the State Seismological Network.
The epicenter was detected at 37.6 degrees north latitude and 95.9 degrees east longitude, and was 10 km underground. Source: Xinhua
