China is becoming the world's fastest growing market for internet security solutions; it is also the one with the biggest market potentials, due to China's continuous rapid economic development and the Internet's rapidly growing popularity.

Gil Shwed, the founder and chairman of the board and CEO of Check Point, the leading provider of Internet security solutions, remarked that although the global financial crisis has greatly impacted Europe and the US, and even the whole world, the Asia Pacific market is currently undergoing rapid development.

As the inventor of the modern inspection firewall, Gil Shwed said that Internet security is needed in every occupation and profession. China has great prospects for Internet security in energy and electricity industries.
