The degree of internationalization has been greatly enhanced, and to date, nearly 70 restaurants of international brand, and more than 40 hotel management groups including ones ranking among the world's top 10 have already entered the Chinese mainland market.
The businesses are diverse and include tourist hotels, business hotels, apartment hotels and resort hotels which are developing quite quickly. Green hotels and restaurants are becoming progressively popular. New concepts like environmental friendliness and energy saving as well as new technology and new materials are being applied widely.
