ChinaHR.com recently issued the Human Resources Market Index for November. The Index ranking shows that sales managers out of all positions are the most sought after by enterprises, particularly high-end sales managers.
The ranking also shows that demand for business development managers has increased the most. This indicates that enterprises eagerly need talented people who possess rich client resources and can effectively discover new clients, at a time when businesses face shrinking customer bases.
In addition, assistants to managers, secretaries and office clerks are among some of the most wanted personnel, showing that enterprises have great need for basic-level employees.
Compared with other industries, the staffing demands of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry have grown the fastest. Analysts from ChinaHR.com said that the impact of the economic cycle on the FMCG industry has not been noticeable since the industry relates the most closely to the needs of peoples' daily lives. At present, employment demand from the FMCG industry accounts for 9.97% of total employment demand.
