The Shijiazhuang municipal government stated clearly that the income tax of enterprises set up by college graduates will be reduced or exempted for a certain period of time in order to ease employment pressures and better promote the employment of college graduates.

For all graduates engaged in private businesses, administrative charges of various kinds, including registration fees and management fees, will be exempted within a certain time period. For those graduates who establish independent accounting enterprises or business operation entities, their income tax will be exempted or reduced. The time span and amount of tax reduction will vary between different types of enterprises.
