2 mainland tourists killed, 3 injured in Taiwan crane crash

(Xinhua/Zhang Yong) Two tourists from the Chinese mainland were killed and three others injured, one critically, in a crane crash accident in Taipei on Friday.
The tragedy occurred when a construction crane fell on a bus carrying 25 tourists from China's southern Guangdong Province and smashed the rear of the bus.
One passenger died on the spot and another succumbed to injuries after being rushed to a local hospital.
The injured are being treated at the hospital and police are investigating the accident.
Earlier local reports said three were killed and three others injured.
The tourists had planned to leave Taiwan Saturday after their island trip was scheduled to end.
