A Taiwan man wanted on the island in connection with a murder has been repatriated from the Chinese mainland at the request of Taiwan police, said the Public Security Bureau in east China's Fujian Province on Friday.

Hsu Yang Jung, born in 1972, from Pingtung County of Taiwan, arrived in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian, the day after the alleged murder, said Fujian police, giving no more details about the crime.

Hsu was arrested on May 7 and repatriated on Friday, Fujian police said.
