Of all college graduate "village officials" recruited by Hebei this year, at least 80 percent should have undergraduate degrees or above and should be CPC party members.

The recruited CPC party members will be sent to work as assistants to secretaries of village party organizations. The recruited CPC probationary party members or non-CPC party members will assume the position of assistants to heads of village committees. Members of the Communist Youth League will work as secretaries or deputy secretaries of village Youth League organizations.

The work of these recruited graduates will be assessed and managed in accordance with the regulations of civil servants. Their working period is set to be three years in general.
