The Chinese tourism authority has cancelled its travel warning in Mexico as A/ H1N1 influenza epidemic has eased in the country.

Direct flights from China to Mexico had been resumed, said China's National Tourism Administration (NTA) in a statement on its website Thursday.

At the same time, group tour services to Mexico, which had been suspended for over two months, had been resumed, according to the statement.

NTA warned Chinese citizens to postpone their trips to Mexico on April 28 out of concerns over the A/ H1N1 influenza outbreak in the country.
