Six people were killed and 23 others injured in a traffic accident in central China's Hunan Province Sunday, local police said Monday.
A bus carrying 29 people suddenly turned over at about 11:20 p.m. at a section of a road in Xinhua County on their way home after a pilgrimage tour, according to the public security bureau of the county.
Two people died at the scene and 27 injured were rushed to hospital. Four of them died later after emergency treatment failed.
