The Fourth Health Communication Conference, which is slated from Nov.7-Nov.8, is held in Beijing Satuarday.
Themed Public Health Crisis Communication, the forum will discuss, in particular, the crisis associated with the spread of major infectious diseases.
Four topics, Public Health Crisis Communication, AIDS/HIV Prevention & Treatment and Corporate Social Responsibilities, Chronic Disease Communication and Encouragement Initiative, and Focus Events of 2009 and Diseases Prevention and Control will be discussed during the forum.
Since being jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Tsinghua University in 2006, the annual forum has been successfully held 3 times.Its aim is "promoting health behavior and creating a health society."
