Symposium held to mark 1780th anniversary of Wei Wen's visit to Taiwan

A symposium and an unveiling ceremony commemorating the 1780th anniversary of Wei Wen's visit to Taiwan was held at Zhengda International Center, Peking University Feb. 24.

Some 120 distinguished guests from government institutions such as Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, Central Military Commission, National People's Congress, Ministry of Culture, Peking University and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and media organizations such as People's Daily, PLA Daily, Xinhua News Agency as well as CCTV took part in the ceremony.
