With the largest executive jet fleet in the Asia-Pacific region, Beijing Capital Airlines made its maiden flight on May 3. It has achieved its goal of "Big City with Wings" in the strategy of constructing Beijing into a global city.
Beijing Capital Airlines was renamed from Deer Air under the Hainan Airlines Group. It boasts the largest executive jet fleet in the Asia-Pacific region, currently operating 24 luxury executive airplanes and holds more than 90 percent market share in China's executive charter flight market.
It also has international routes to more than 420 airports in over 100 countries and regions. Beijing Capital Airlines has a total registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan, with Hainan Airlines Group holding 70 percent share and Capital Tourism Group holding 30 percent.
