On July 28, the 34th anniversary of the Tangshan Earthquake, people from all walks of life in Tangshan city in China’s Hebei Province, rallied at the Tangshan earthquake memorial ruins to mourn victims of the devastating earthquake that occurred in 1976 and is believed to be the largest earthquake of the 20th century in terms of death toll.
