Police drops reporter arrest warrant

Suichang Police Bureau issued a warrant on July23 to arrest Qiu Ziming, a reporter working for the Economic Observer.
Wang Shengzhong indicated that even though the criminal detention decision is annulled, the incident still spells an adverse influence for the newspaper’s reputation. They will follow up to the final settlement.
