Nicolas Maduro Moros, minister of foreign affairs of Venezuela, will pay an official visit to China from Nov. 13 to 15 at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao made the announcement here on Thursday at a regular press conference.
