The 18th China-U.S. Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade opened in Beijing Tuesday.
Chinese Vice Premier Wu Yi, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez and Trade Representative Ambassador Susan Schwab will co-chair the one-day meeting.
