Fukuda expects candid exchange of views with Chinese leaders |

Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda said later Friday that he will exchange views with Chinese leaders candidly during his visit to China.
Fukuda told reporters at his official residence that it is necessary for Japan and China to build up a relationship conducive to coordinating viewpoints and cooperation. He expressed his hope that his talks with Chinese leaders would be fruitful.
About his scheduled tour to the hometown of Confucius in east China's Shandong Province, the premier said he is willing to visit the place which Japanese people also interested in.
Fukuda will begin his four-day official visit to China next Thursday at the invitation of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao. Source:Xinhua
