Jiang Zhenghua, vice-chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, China's top legislature, met in Beijing Wednesday with Philippine House Speaker Jose de Venecia and his delegation.
De Venecia was here on a good-will official visit to China at the invitation of Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
