A delegation of Chinese legislators departed Beijng Thursday for the 16th annual conference of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum scheduled for Jan. 20 to 24 in Auckland, New Zealand.
The delegation was headed by Xu Jialu, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature.
