Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met Monday with a delegation formed by officials from international organizations, economists and scholars who are in Beijing to attend the 2008 China Development Forum (CDF).

Wen heard views and suggestions of foreign guests on global economic situation and China's economic growth.

The CDF, an annual event sponsored by one of China's leading think tanks, Development Research Center of the State Council, gathers leading executives, academics, and senior government officials from China and abroad at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse to have a high-end brainstorm.

The forum takes place right after the conclusion of the annual sessions of the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
