Chinese, Indian FMs hold phone talks on bilateral ties |

Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukerjee held phone talks Wednesday. The two leaders exchanged views on bilateral relations.
Olympic Games belong to the people of the whole world, Mukerjee said, adding that India is proud of the fact that this year's Games is going to be held in Asia.
India will fully support Beijing to host an excellent Olympic Games, Mukerjee said.
Yang expressed his confidence that the Beijing Olympics will beheld successfully with the support of people all over the world.
Yang also explained China's principled stand on the Dalai Lama issue, saying that it has been proven and will continue to be proven that any scheme by the Dalai Clique to split and break China is doomed to failure.
Mukerjee said the Tibet Autonomous Region is part of China's territory and India will never tolerate any political anti-China activities by Tibetans on the Indian territory. Source: Xinhua
