Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Masimov arrived in China's southernmost city of Sanya on Thursday as part of his tour of the country.
During his stay, Masimov will meet with Chinese President Hu Jintao to exchange views on bilateral ties, as well as international and regional issues of common concern.
Masimov, who arrived in Beijing on Wednesday to start his China trip as guest of Premier Wen Jiabao, will also attend the opening ceremony of the annual Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) on Saturday in Boao, Hainan Province.
During his stay in the Chinese capital, he met with top legislator Wu Bangguo. The two held official talks in the Great Hall of the People.
Masimov also attended a China-Kazakhstan business forum where he vowed to create favorable conditions for Chinese enterprises to invest in Kazakhstan.
The BFA, established in 2001, serves as a platform for high-level interaction between leaders from Asia and the world. The theme of this year's annual meeting is "Green Asia: Moving Towards Win-Win Through Changes". Source: Xinhua
