Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu left here Saturday for official visits to Costa Rica, Venezuela, Uruguay and Argentina from May 3 to 15.
Hui is paying the visits at the invitations of the governments of Costa Rica, Venezuela and Argentina, and Uruguayan Vice President Rodolfo Nin Novoa.
