At the invitation of the Azerbaijani New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), Chen Fenxiang, deputy head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, left here Tuesday on afternoon to visit Azerbaijan.
Chen will attend an international seminar on "Democracy and Stability, Cooperation and Challenges," hosted by the NAP.
