After a two-week mission of medical support in the quake zone, a French medical team flew back to Paris on Friday night.

The team arrived at the Central Hospital of Guangyuan in southwest China's Sichuan province on May 25 to offer medical aid for quake-injured people. During the task, they offered 108 treatments.

According to China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health, the team have shown great humanitarian spirit in treating quake-injured people and the country appreciates their efforts deeply.

Lieutenant Colonel Pierre de Villeneuve, head of the French medical team, said they were deeply touched by Chinese people's optimism and hospitality.
